When a filter is
brought in to be cleaned it goes through a six-step process.
1. Each filter is
individually coded as a means of tracking the filters
performance throughout its useful lifetime.
2. Filters are
weighed in and the air flow resistance is measured.
3. Filters are
staged and put through our Dry Clean System
4. After the
cleaning, filters are individually inspected and tested for
pinholes in a black room with high intensity light. Defective
filters will be immediately rejected and you will be notified
for replacements.
5. The filter
is then re-weighed and the airflow resistance is re-measured.
Filters are then packaged and prepared for delivery or shipment.
6. You will
receive a performance spreadsheet for your records to evaluate
the performance of your filters.
Clean Air
