Recommended Steps to
Initiate Filter Cleaning
Let us know if you would like to
be put on our route reminder list and we can fax, email or
call on a monthly basis to let you know when we will be in your
area.
a) Officially notify all equipment, production operators and
maintenance personnel that your company has initiated a cost saving
“Filter Recycling Program”.
b) In a memo to your
personnel, identify the type of filters that are included in your
recycling program.
c) The memo should
clearly state and instruct your personnel that:
-
Used filters
should be handled carefully to avoid damaging the filtration
media
-
Used filters
should be repackaged in the box that the new filter came out of.
-
Store filters in
a location that would protect them from mechanical and moisture
damage.
d) Set a fixed
period to change out the filters and adhere to it strictly for
several months. Most equipment has a pressure drop indicator for
filter change-out.
f) During this set period we will clean, test and collect
performance data from your filters. The data will be used to
determine the most cost effective duration for your company to
change-out and recycle your filters.
g) When getting your filters ready to ship please use a standard
size skid and only stack up to 72” total height, keeping the width
to the skid size. Please shrink wrap boxes to pallet.
It is our intention to make your
facility as efficient as possible. We appreciate the opportunity to
be of service to you. |
